More Bug Fixes

Just a quick fix here to address some of the bugs that were reported, as well as one or two others I discovered on the way. Hopefully the demo should now be pretty solid, but please feel free to report any bugs that lead to huge errors and dead ends.

The true forest should now be accessible (though still in need of balancing and visual love), License Office should be fully functional, as should heading to the station, and whatever other small things I forgot I fixed.
